Show up every day. Without being online all day.
Your audience expects you on every network and your partners expect numbers. Ravenpost keeps the posting rhythm going across 8 networks while you are shooting, travelling or asleep — and keeps each post’s results where you can find them when a brand asks.
Free forever: 1 account, 10 posts a month. No card, no trial clock.
The part of the job nobody signed up for
The feed goes quiet when life gets busy
A shoot, a trip, a bad week — and the accounts that pay your rent go three days without a post. Reach drops faster than it climbs back.
Every network is a separate chore
The same reel, uploaded by hand to four apps, each with its own caption box, cover picker and settings screen. The work scales with every network you add.
Sponsors ask for numbers you have to dig for
A brand wants the reach and saves on last month’s partnership post, and finding them means scrolling back through each app’s insights one at a time.
What Ravenpost does about it
A posting rhythm that runs itself
Set weekly slots in your own timezone, daylight saving included. Every new post takes the next free slot, and the calendar shows the whole week so a gap is visible before it happens.
The best time, from your audience — not the internet’s
Send times are scored from the engagement your own posts earned, per network, with a viral outlier capped so it cannot crown its hour. When the data is too thin, it says so.
First-comment hashtags on Instagram
Keep the caption clean: the hashtags go in a first comment, posted the moment the reel or carousel is live. Feed posts, carousels, reels and stories all publish automatically — no phone reminder to finish the job.
See howPaid-partnership disclosure on TikTok
TikTok’s commercial-content switch — your own brand, branded content, or both — is set per post, beside privacy, comments, duet and stitch, exactly as TikTok requires.
See howNumbers next to the post that earned them
Followers per day for thirty days, and reach, likes, comments and saves per post wherever the network reports them. A number we never collected shows as a dash, never as a zero.
Room for a manager or an editor
Growth includes 3 seats, so the people who work with you sign in as themselves. Turn on approvals if you want the last look before anything publishes.
How the week changes
Sunday: batch
Upload the week’s content, write each caption once and tune it per network, and send every post to the queue. It takes an hour, not an hour a day.
All week: it posts itself
Each post goes out in its slot on every network you chose. If one account fails, the post’s page says which and why — and if you have linked Telegram, a message reaches you when it fails for good.
When a brand emails: open the post
The partnership post’s own page carries its engagement on every network it went to. No scrolling through four apps to fill in a spreadsheet.

What it will not do for you
The things you would otherwise find out on day two.
- No media kit and no sponsor-report export. The numbers live in the dashboard and the API; turning them into a PDF for a brand is still your job.
- The paid-partnership label on Instagram is not something Ravenpost sets — add it in the Instagram app. TikTok’s disclosure is set from the composer.
- No Instagram collab posts. Inviting a collaborator needs a Facebook-Page connection to Instagram, and Ravenpost connects Instagram directly — the route that needs no Page — so the invite still has to be sent from the app.
- Instagram stories publish automatically, but interactive stickers — polls, links, questions — are not available to any scheduling tool through Instagram’s API.
- No trending sounds. Neither TikTok’s API nor our Instagram connection can attach a catalogue track to a scheduled video, so the audio has to be part of the file you upload.
- No comment inbox and no DMs. Ravenpost publishes and reports; the conversation with your audience still happens in each app.
- Analytics cover Instagram, X and Bluesky. TikTok, Telegram, LinkedIn, Threads and YouTube report nothing a scheduling tool can read — or need an approval we do not hold yet — so those accounts show a dash, never a zero.
- A post published to Instagram, TikTok, Threads or YouTube can only be deleted in that app; deleting it in Ravenpost removes our copy, and the dialog says so.
Everywhere it publishes
One post, any combination of 8 networks — every one of them on every plan, the free one included.
Questions influencers ask
Can I schedule Instagram reels and stories, not only feed posts?
Yes. Feed posts, carousels, reels and stories all publish automatically through Instagram’s official API — no phone notification asking you to finish the post by hand. You need an Instagram Business or Creator account, which is free to switch to.
Can I put my hashtags in the first comment on Instagram?
Yes. Write the first comment in the composer and Ravenpost posts it right after the post goes live — on feed posts, carousels and reels. Stories cannot take one: Instagram’s API has no way to comment on a story.
Can I mark a TikTok as a paid partnership?
Yes. The commercial-content disclosure — “your brand”, “branded content” or both — is part of the TikTok panel on every post, along with privacy and the comment, duet and stitch toggles. Branded content cannot be posted as private, which is TikTok’s rule and the composer enforces it.
Can my manager or editor post for me without my passwords?
Yes. Team members sign in with their own login, and your social accounts are connected once through each network’s own authorisation — nobody on the team ever holds your Instagram or TikTok password. Seats come with Growth (3) and Agency (unlimited).
Which networks have analytics?
Follower counts and per-post engagement are collected wherever the network’s API reports them, and the analytics page lists exactly which of your accounts are covered. Where a network reports nothing, Ravenpost shows a dash rather than a zero.
What does it cost?
1 account and 10 posts a month are free forever. Starter is $14 a month for 5 accounts and unlimited posts; Growth is $24 for 15 accounts and 3 seats. Every feature is on every plan.
