Every client. One login. No per-seat bill.
Ravenpost gives each client a workspace of its own — logo, accounts, posting schedule, team — and lets your people move between them from the sidebar. Plans are flat: 50 connected accounts and unlimited seats for $49 a month, however many people you hire.
Free forever: 1 account, 10 posts a month. No card, no trial clock.
The part of the job nobody signed up for
Pricing that punishes growth
Most tools bill by the seat or by the channel, so every new hire and every new client reopens the pricing conversation — and the junior who only drafts costs as much as the lead who approves.
Client accounts bleeding into each other
One shared login with forty accounts in a dropdown is how a post ends up on the wrong brand. The more clients you win, the likelier the mistake.
Approval by screenshot
The caption goes to the client in a chat thread, the edit comes back as a voice note, and the version that ships is whichever one somebody remembered to paste.
What Ravenpost does about it
A workspace per client
Its own name and logo, connected accounts, weekly schedule, timezone and team. The switcher shows each workspace’s mark — the uploaded logo, or the client’s own profile picture until you add one.
Unlimited seats on Agency
Add the whole team and the client’s marketing lead without doing arithmetic. Growth carries 3 seats; Agency has no seat limit at all.
See howApproval before anything publishes
Turn it on per workspace: a member’s post waits for an owner or admin, who approves it or sends it back with a note. Approved, it publishes exactly as the author asked — now, or at the time they scheduled.
Roles that match how agencies work
Members compose, schedule and connect accounts. Only owners and admins can disconnect one, change the posting schedule, or manage the team and the plan. A client invited to their own workspace sees their accounts and nobody else’s.
An AI assistant that asks which client
Connect Claude or ChatGPT and your team can draft and schedule from a conversation. With more than one workspace the server refuses to guess — it names them and asks — so one client’s post never lands on another’s accounts.
See howFailures you hear about
Every account carries its own publishing record, a failed target shows the network’s own error text, and anyone on the team who linked Telegram gets a message when a post fails for good — before the client notices.
API and webhooks on every plan
Pull posts and analytics into your own reporting, or get a signed webhook when something publishes or fails. No add-on, no enterprise tier.
See how
Onboarding a client
Create the workspace
Name it, upload the client’s logo, set their timezone. It appears in everyone’s switcher the moment they are invited.
Connect their accounts
Each network is connected through its own authorisation screen, by whoever holds the login — you never need the client’s password, and they can revoke access from the network’s side at any time.
Invite the team — and the client, if they want the last word
Add people by email address and pick a role. Make the client an admin and turn on approvals, and nothing your team writes goes out without their click.
Set the weekly slots and start queueing
One schedule per workspace, in that client’s timezone. New posts drop into the next free slot, and the calendar shows what is going out for whom.

Plans attach to a workspace, so there are two honest ways to run clients. Keep them all in one workspace and Agency covers 50 accounts and unlimited seats for $49 a month. Or give a client a workspace of their own, which carries its own plan — free for 1 account and 10 posts a month, $14 for up to 5 accounts — and is a clean line to re-bill.

What it will not do for you
The things you would otherwise find out on day two.
- Plans are per workspace, not per login. A workspace-per-client setup means a plan per client; the 50-account Agency plan covers one workspace.
- LinkedIn publishes to personal profiles only — Company Pages sit behind an API LinkedIn approves partner by partner — and Facebook Pages are not on offer at the moment.
- No white-label client reports and no PDF exports. Analytics live in the dashboard and the API; the branded monthly report is still yours to build.
- No unified inbox and no social listening. Ravenpost publishes, schedules and measures; community management happens elsewhere.
- Invites do not send an email yet: you share a link, or the person simply signs up with the invited address and lands in the workspace.
- LinkedIn connections expire every 60 days and need a reconnect through the browser — LinkedIn issues refresh tokens to approved partners only. The accounts page warns two weeks ahead.
- Analytics cover Instagram, X and Bluesky. TikTok, Telegram, LinkedIn, Threads and YouTube report nothing a scheduling tool can read — or need an approval we do not hold yet — so those accounts show a dash, never a zero.
- A post published to Instagram, TikTok, Threads or YouTube can only be deleted in that app; deleting it in Ravenpost removes our copy, and the dialog says so.
Everywhere it publishes
One post, any combination of 8 networks — every one of them on every plan, the free one included.
Questions agencies ask
How much does Ravenpost cost for an agency?
The Agency plan is $49 a month for 50 connected accounts, unlimited posts and unlimited seats in one workspace. Growth is $24 for 15 accounts and 3 seats. Plans attach to a workspace, so a client with a workspace of their own is billed on its own plan — free, or from $14.
Do you charge per user?
No. Seats are a limit on the plan, not a line on the invoice: 3 on Growth, unlimited on Agency. Adding a colleague or a client never changes the price.
Can a client approve posts before they go out?
Yes. Invite the client to their workspace as an admin and turn on “Require approval before publishing”. Posts from members then wait in review until an owner or admin approves them or sends them back with a note.
Can I keep clients separate from each other?
Yes — that is what workspaces are for. Accounts, posts, media, schedule and team all belong to one workspace, and a person only sees the workspaces they were invited to.
Do we need the client’s passwords?
No. Accounts are connected through each network’s own authorisation screen, by whoever holds the login. Your team signs in to Ravenpost as themselves and never sees a social password.
Is there an API for our own reporting?
Yes, on every plan: a REST API for posts, media and analytics, outgoing webhooks for publish and failure events, and an MCP server for AI assistants.
