Create once. Show up everywhere.
Ravenpost is the social media scheduler with an agent that knows your product. Upload once and it goes out to all 9 networks you're on — each with its own caption, previewed exactly the way your followers will see it.
Free forever: 1 account, 10 posts a month. No card, no trial clock.

Made for people with something to show
One product, four different weeks. Find yours.
- App builders
You ship the app. It writes the posts.
Paste your App Store, Google Play or website link once. The built-in agent learns what your app is, drafts posts in its voice and schedules them across 9 networks — you approve what goes out.
- A brand memory read from your listing and site — correct any line
- Launch threads, feature posts and images, drafted on request
- Scheduling fills the calendar; publishing waits for your click
Fits Starter — $14/mo for 5 accounts
Ravenpost for app builders - Content creators
One video. Every feed.
You film it once. Ravenpost takes it to TikTok, Instagram and YouTube and everywhere else you post — no re-uploading, no re-typing, no re-cropping.
- A caption per network: hashtags where they work, none where they don't
- One photo cut to every canvas, cropped on the subject
- Each post previewed exactly as that network will show it
Fits Starter — $14/mo for 5 accounts
Ravenpost for creators - Influencers
Show up daily. Skip the daily grind.
Your audience expects you every day and your sponsors expect numbers. Set a weekly rhythm once, and keep each post's results where you can find them.
- A weekly queue — every new post takes the next free slot
- Best time to post, measured from your own audience
- First-comment hashtags on Instagram, paid-partnership disclosure on TikTok
Fits Growth — $24/mo for 15 accounts
Ravenpost for influencers - Agencies
Every client. One login.
Give each client its own workspace — logo, accounts, schedule and team — and move between them from the sidebar. 50 accounts on one flat plan.
- Unlimited seats on Max — no per-seat bill
- Approval before publishing: a member's post waits for an owner or admin
- An AI assistant that asks which client before it posts
Fits Max — $49/mo for 50 accounts
Ravenpost for agencies
Teach it your app once. It writes the posts.
Paste your App Store, Google Play or website link. The agent reads the listing and the site, writes a brand memory — what the app is, who it's for, how you talk — and every chat starts from there. Ask for a launch thread, a week of posts or a picture, and it drafts, schedules and previews each one as that network will show it.
- Reads your site and store listings; you correct any line
- Drafts in your voice, generates images, drops posts into your queue
- Publishing waits for your click — it never goes live on a guess
On every plan, with a monthly allowance — the free one included.
Everything after the edit is done
Publishing, scheduling, measuring and working as a team — every network and every social feature on every plan.
One upload, live on every network
Connect your accounts once. After that a single post — a video, a carousel, a line of text — goes out to all of them together, without opening a single app.
- One vertical video reaches every short-video feed at once
- Publish now, pick a time, or drop it into the queue
- Every account keeps its own status, link and error
Same post, written for each feed
The hashtags that work on one network read as spam on another, and the shortest limit cuts everyone off. Give any network its own caption, and see every destination drawn the way that network will actually show it.
- Write one caption, override it wherever it should differ
- A live preview per network, right in the composer
- The character limit follows the strictest network you picked
A posting rhythm that runs without you
Set your weekly slots once — Monday 09:00, Friday 17:30 — and every new post drops into the next free one. Batch a week of content in one sitting and let it go out while you make the next.
- One weekly schedule per workspace, in its own timezone
- Best time to post, measured from your own posts
- Watch a post fan out account by account, live
Know what worked — and be able to show it
Followers, reach, likes, comments and saves for Instagram, Bluesky and Pinterest, next to the post that earned them. Your account's earlier posts are read in too, so the numbers don't start from zero.
- One follower reading per day, thirty days of history
- Per-post engagement, on the post's own page
- Data we never collected shows as “—”, never as a zero
Every client in its own workspace
Give each brand its own workspace — logo, accounts, schedule and team — and switch between them from the sidebar. Turn on approvals, and a member's post waits for an owner or admin before it goes anywhere.
- 3 seats on Growth, unlimited on Max — never billed per head
- Approve, or send back with a note; it then publishes as the author asked
- People only see the workspaces they were invited to
Hand the posting to Claude or ChatGPT
Connect your assistant once — sign in, no token to copy — then ask it to draft, schedule and publish. It works through the same endpoints as the dashboard, with no browser automation.
- On every plan, the free one included
- It publishes only when you say so — never on a guess
- With several clients, it asks which one before it posts
Posts reach your followers. Email reaches your list.
Write a newsletter, a launch or an announcement in the same workspace as your posts, and send it from your own domain — through Ravenpost, or through the email provider you already use. Lists and segments, starter designs, test sends and a report for every campaign.
- Send from your own domain, or connect Resend, Postmark, Amazon SES, SendGrid and Mailgun
- Lists, tags and segments — down to “opened the last one”
- A half-written email can’t go out: no leftover [placeholders], example links or broken tags
Included in every paid plan. On Free you can try it: write campaigns and send yourself 5 test emails a day.
Every network your audience is on
9 networks, each with its own rules. Ravenpost knows them, so the composer stops you before the network does.

Frequently asked questions
Who is Ravenpost for?+
People with something to show: app builders and indie developers marketing their own app, content creators, influencers, and the agencies and social media managers who run accounts for clients. An app builder teaches the agent the app and has it draft the posts; a creator sends one video to every network at once; an influencer keeps a steady posting rhythm and the numbers a sponsor asks for; an agency gives each client its own workspace, with team seats and approvals. It is the same product on every plan — bigger plans add accounts, seats, AI credits and the larger AI models.
I built an app. Can Ravenpost handle its social media?+
The social half of marketing it, yes. Paste your App Store, Google Play or website link and the built-in agent writes a brand memory of what the app is; from then on it drafts posts in that voice, schedules them across the networks you connect and reports what worked. Scheduled posts can still be changed, and publishing waits for your click. Email campaigns to the people who signed up are part of it too; ads and SEO are not.
Can I post one video to TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts at once?+
Yes. Select the accounts, attach the video once and publish or schedule — it goes out to all of them together, each with its own caption if you want one. YouTube files a vertical video under three minutes as a Short by itself, so there is nothing extra to set. The file is passed on as you uploaded it: no watermark and no re-encode on our side.
I manage accounts for several clients. How do workspaces, seats and approvals work?+
Each workspace has its own name, logo, connected accounts, posting schedule, timezone and team, and you switch between them from the sidebar. You can keep every client in one workspace — Max covers 50 accounts and unlimited seats for $49/mo — or give a client a workspace of their own, which carries its own plan (free for 1 account, $14/mo for 5). With approvals on, a member's post waits until an owner or admin approves it or sends it back with a note.
Which accounts can I connect?+
Instagram Business/Creator accounts, TikTok, X, LinkedIn profiles, Threads, Bluesky, YouTube channels, Pinterest business accounts and Telegram channels. Instagram personal accounts aren’t supported by Instagram’s publishing API, and Pinterest’s API publishes from business accounts only.
What can I publish?+
Images, carousels, reels, videos and text-only posts — now or on a schedule. You can write a different caption per network, add X threads, replies and quote posts, and put Instagram hashtags in the first comment. Each network’s preview shows exactly how it will look.
Is the free plan really free?+
Yes — 1 connected account and 10 posts a month, with no card and no expiry. It isn’t a trial that stops working; it’s a plan you can stay on. Paid tiers start at $14/mo when you outgrow it.
How does the price compare to Postiz and Post-Bridge?+
For 15 connected accounts we’re $24/mo; Postiz’s cheapest plan that covers fifteen is $49/mo and Post-Bridge’s is $29/mo. We also have a permanently free tier, which neither of them offers — both run a 7-day trial instead. Seats are never billed per head either: 3 on Growth, unlimited on Max. Their prices were read from their public pricing pages on 2026-07-29.
Can I post from Claude or another AI assistant?+
Yes. Ravenpost ships an MCP server, so you can connect Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code or any MCP client by signing in — no credential to copy and paste — and then draft, schedule and publish posts straight from a chat.
What happens if a post fails to publish?+
The post’s page shows which account failed and why, and a temporary error is retried automatically. When a post fails for good we email you — nothing to set up — and the phone app and a linked Telegram account tell you too.
Your next post is already made. Get it everywhere.
