# Terms of Service

By using Ravenpost (the “Service”), operated by Ravenpost, you agree to these terms.

## The service

Ravenpost lets you connect social accounts — Instagram, TikTok, X, Telegram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky and YouTube — to schedule and publish content. You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with the policies of every platform you connect.

## YouTube

The YouTube integration uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to the [YouTube Terms of Service](https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google’s privacy practices are described in the [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy), and you can revoke our access to your channel at any time from [Google’s security settings page](https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).

## Acceptable use

-   Don’t publish unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
-   Don’t use the Service to spam or violate any connected platform’s terms.
-   Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

## Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

## Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your content. We retain rights to the Service software and brand.

## Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for content rejected or removed by a connected platform, for platform/API outages, or for indirect damages, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

## Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
