## Billing questions

- **What counts as a social account?:** One connected profile, page or channel on any network — an Instagram account, a Facebook Page, an X account, a Telegram channel. Connecting the same brand on 9 networks uses 9 of your account allowance. Every network we support is available on every plan, including the free one.
- **Is the free plan a trial?:** No. It is free permanently: one social account and 10 posts a month, with no card required and no expiry. Both competitors we compare against offer a 7-day trial instead.
- **What happens when I hit a limit?:** Creating the post that would exceed your monthly allowance, or connecting one account too many, is refused with a message naming the limit — nothing is published and then billed for. Paid plans have unlimited posts, so in practice the limit that matters is connected accounts.
- **Can I change or cancel my plan?:** Yes, from the billing portal at any time. Paid plans bill through Stripe on a recurring basis until you cancel; after cancelling, access continues to the end of the period you already paid for and then falls back to the free plan. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
- **Are the API and the MCP server extra?:** No. The REST API, the 19-tool MCP server, outgoing webhooks and RSS auto-posting are on every plan including the free one. Post-Bridge sells API access as a paid add-on; we don't.
- **Do you charge for AI credits?:** There are none to charge for. Ravenpost does not generate captions, images or video, so nothing on your plan runs out mid-month and no tier is metered by usage of a model.
